Since our customer base loves to travel, we created our own amazing warranty option just for you! We now offer a 2 year full warranty option for ANY E-bike we sell. This option replaces your original 1 year limited manufactures warranty from day one.

MAKING A CLAIM :

White glove treatment. Just give us a call so we can do some simple trouble shooting with you over the phone OR email us ( orders@kingkracken.com ) and include pictures of video of the issue. If replacement parts are needed we will send the parts directly to you.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED :

Ware and tear items such as but not limited to tires, chains, break pads, rotters, seats and grips. Just like your car the ware and tear items will not be covered under warranty.

Batteries are not covered in the plan BUT are do come with a 1 year manufacture warranty.
