RV Tacos


  • 1 pound ground beef, turkey, or your preferred protein
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning)
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice)
  • Diced onions
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa or pico de gallo
  • Lime wedges
  • Any other taco toppings you enjoy


  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or protein until fully browned and cooked through.
  2. Drain any excess fat and add the taco seasoning to the meat, following the package instructions or your own homemade seasoning blend. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Warm your taco shells or tortillas according to package instructions or your preference.
  4. Set up a taco station with all the toppings, allowing everyone to customize their tacos to their liking.
  5. To assemble your RV tacos, start with a spoonful of the cooked protein in each taco shell.
  6. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, diced onions, chopped cilantro, and any other desired toppings.
  7. Drizzle with sour cream, salsa, or pico de gallo.
  8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the toppings for an extra burst of flavor.
