Reading Shipping Damage 1 minute Next My bike won't turn on?

We try our best to ensure an exceptional experience for all customers, however, sometimes shipping/handling, and other factors can negatively impact the product we provide. For this, we are deeply sorry.

Let's get started. We will need some good pictures and/or video of the damage. 

1) Take pictures of any damage to the box it's self

2) Snap a picture of the overall bike. This is not a close up

3) Move in closer and take a picture of the actual damage. If you can take 2-3 pictures at multiple angles, this will help us determine how fix the damage. 

Once you have some good picture and/or video, you will need to file a claim. FILE CLAIM 

You can expect a call same day if filed before 3 pm EST Monday through Friday or Next working day. 

Per our warranty, shipping damage must be reported to Kracken Adventure Bikes with in 14 days of shipment arrival. This applies to all products, including bikes and accessories. We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping.
