All bikes some with a limited 1-year warranty. We guarantee all parts are covered free from manufacture defects. Battery is only covered for 90 days.
We do have a 24 month protection plan for $299. This warranty is very simple. We will cover every part on the bike except for tubes for two year. This plan extends your battery coverage from 90 days to 1 full year.

All units will have a pair of keys zip tied to the front break lines. These keys are used to operate the bike. Under the middle of the frame, you will find the key hole. Insert key the turn two time to turn on.

MAKE IT FAST :
Your bike will be set at a Class 2 which means it won't go faster then 18 Mph. Two setting you want to change to go faster. Change the wheel size to 26" and change speed to as high as it will go [ 90 or 100 ]. We recommend change the PASS level to 3 for more power.
MAKE IT SMOOTH :
If your bike is to fast, simply lower you speed to a 50 - 60 range and change your PASS level to 9. This will give you a very smooth, non aggressive acceleration.

Yes. This bike will handle well in tuff surfaces such as sand, snow, rocks, gravel and other challenging surfaces. Keep in mind with rear hub driven e-ebikes means the weight is more centered in the back of the bike. If you run across soft sand you want to accelerate though the soft sand.
