Since our customer base loves to travel, we created our own amazing warranty option just for you! We now offer a 2 year full warranty option for ANY E-bike we sell. This option replaces your original 1 year limited manufactures warranty from day one.

We help you schedule service at a local repair shop
We don’t require you to ship the bike back to us
We send replacement parts directly to you

MAKING A CLAIM :

White glove treatment. Just give us a call so we can do some simple trouble shooting with you over the phone OR email us ( orders@kingkracken.com ) and include pictures of video of the issue. If replacement parts are needed we will send the parts directly to you. Next, we will find and schedule service for you at a local bike shop. You simply drop off your bike and we will handle the rest. We pay for service up to $150 in repair per visit.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED :

Ware and tear items such as but not limited to tires, chains, break pads, rotters, seats and grips. Just like your car the ware and tear items will not be covered under warranty. Batteries are not covered in the plan BUT are do come with a 1 year manufacture warranty.
